How do I know a part fits my car?
Start with the vehicle picker on the homepage, then check the “Fits vehicle” note and reference part numbers on the product page. For total certainty, send us your registration at sales@dealsdirectonline.co.uk and we will confirm fitment for free before you order.
What is the difference between genuine, OEM and aftermarket parts?
Genuine parts come in the vehicle maker’s own box. OEM parts are made by the same factories to the same specification without the car maker’s branding. Quality aftermarket parts are made by established tier-one suppliers (Bosch, MANN-FILTER, SKF and similar) to meet or exceed the original specification. We label what each product is.
Orders and payment
When will I receive my order confirmation?
An order confirmation is sent to the email address used at checkout. If it does not arrive, check your junk folder and contact us.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as quickly as possible. If dispatch has not started, we will try to help. Your statutory cancellation rights are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 3pm are processed for same-day dispatch Monday to Friday; standard delivery then normally takes 4-7 working days. Next-day services are offered at checkout where available.
Will everything arrive together?
Multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages. Tracking details will show each consignment where available.
Returns
What if I order the wrong part?
Contact us with your registration and order number. If we confirmed fitment and got it wrong, we will arrange a free return. If the part was ordered on the numbers shown, our 30-day returns window applies — see Returns & Refunds.
What if a part arrives damaged or faulty?
Photograph the packaging and the part, keep all packaging, and contact us promptly at sales@dealsdirectonline.co.uk. This does not affect your statutory rights.
