Free standard UK delivery
Standard UK delivery is free, with no minimum spend, and normally takes 4-7 working days. Heavy items (batteries, clutches and turbochargers), remote postcodes, Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands may use different services or need delivery coordination, but standard UK delivery remains free. We will contact you before dispatch if a service is unavailable for your address.
Heavy and hazardous items
Batteries and oil are classed as hazardous/incidental goods by most couriers and travel on specialist services; delivery may take a little longer and a signature may be required.
Delays and missed deliveries
Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree a fixed date. Severe weather, access restrictions and courier disruption can cause delays. If you miss a scheduled delivery, the courier may charge for another attempt where this was disclosed in advance.
Inspecting your order
Check the number and apparent condition of packages at delivery. If possible, note visible damage with the courier. Keep packaging and photograph any issue before fitting, then contact us promptly. Your statutory rights are not affected.
